Predicting movement
If it takes time for the brain to process information, how are we able to interact with moving objects, such as catching a flying ball? William Turner, Hinze Hogendoorn and co-workers provide evidence of multi-stage motion extrapolation occurring in the human brain, shifting the represented position of moving objects closer to real time.
