MM performed all the cell biological, biochemical, and microscopic assays. DL designed and wrote the lifetime analysis software, and carried out all data processing. DY generated all adenoviral reagents, optimized expression, and initiated this study. KJ wrote the algorithm for global optimization tracking of CCPs. HJ implemented the CCP detection algorithm. GD and SLS provided experimental design and assistance in interpretation. DL and MM prepared the figures; DL, MM, DY, GD, and SLS wrote the paper.
