Your article relates to molecular modelling.
Do tools exist like nanorex that allow atomic placement.

Many students would like to build nanotechnologies.
Can biomolecules be used to educate students in semiconductors, valence levels, etc.

Many states need help in building the infrastructure MOES has created to support the local schools.
How would a state with few biotech mentors accomplish this?
Could INTEL provide them?
