I belong to another group who basically have no ability to access traditional journals; teachers. Naturally I like to keep up with developments within my subjects, but there is no way that a school library could afford -- or justify -- the cost of a subscription to e.g. Nature or Science. PLoS and other free journals is the only ones I can predictably access.
