Protein insolbulity and protein synthesis

Posted by lesieur on 23 Sep 2010 at 17:51 GMT

You describe the presence of a sub set of protein becoming insoluble with age.
Can this subset be pinpointed to a specific cellular folding route? different from the proteins which do not become insoluble with time?
Thank u
