I totally agree with Drs. Moro, Volff, Khanna and Ebbole, pay and make the reviewers accountable not only for the time but also for the quality of the review...................... After all we are living in the capitalistic society! It is impractical to believe that some one writing a careless or biased evaluation for others can come up with an unbiased quality manuscript for himself!
